Meet The Team

Dr Lynette Fouché

Life beyond the practice is full and vibrant—I’m a proud mom to four energetic boys and a farmer’s wife, rooted in the rhythm of rural life. Whenever I can, I’m outdoors, capturing the quiet, meaningful moments that so often go unnoticed.

I have a deep passion for caring for children, supporting women’s health, and advancing HIV medicine. Rural healthcare holds a special place in my heart; I’m continually inspired by the strength, resilience, and connectedness of small communities. There is a unique kind of beauty here—one that speaks of endurance, compassion, and hope.

Réhet Fouche

My days are filled with two passions. I spend my mornings working as a medical receptionist and my afternoons sharing my passion for dance as a ballet teacher. I’m a proud wife and mother to two young sons, and family is at the heart of everything I do. Living in the small town of Zastron, I truly value the slower pace of life and the strong sense of community it offers. Whether I’m helping patients feel at ease or guiding young dancers in the studio, I strive to create a welcoming and caring environment in all that I do.

Audrey Swanepoel

I am Audrey Swanepoel, a proud mother of two wonderful boys and the wife of a farmer. I have spent my entire life in Zastron, where I grew up before gaining eight years of valuable experience working in medical facilities in Bloemfontein. After this time, I returned to my hometown, where I am now settled with my family. I have a deep passion for gardening and enjoy spending time outdoors, especially with my children and pets, often going on walks together. I take pride in maintaining a well-organised and efficient approach in all areas of my life, and when I commit to something, I am determined to see it through to the best of my ability. A neat and orderly environment helps me stay focused and productive. It is a privilege to work for Dr. Lynette Fouché as the account administrator; the practice feels like a second home, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere where everyone is made to feel at ease.
